Swale View is a lovely old period cottage which was originally the Village Inn. It is a very spacious property in the centre of Healaugh. The cottage has a sunny south facing position and a garden with a warm southern aspect. There are superb views up, down and across the valley from the property and its garden.

Although recently renovated and modernised, Swale View retains plenty of character, including a huge feature stone fireplace in the lounge and a delightful kitchen with an unusual dining alcove, which like all our properties, is equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings.

The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, a separate dining room, dining kitchen, bathroom and four bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and four poster bed, one twin bedroom plus two single bedrooms.  The cottage has oil fired central heating throughout and there is an open fire in the lounge.

Hot water is delivered from the central heating system or by immersion heater. There is parking for two cars. The pubs, shops and Post Office are about a mile and a half away.
