The Bothy is the ideal honeymoon cottage.  It is cosy, tastefully decorated, fully modernised conversion of the tack rooms over the old stone stable block of Thiernswood Hall.

Thiernswood Hall is set in an elevated position, at the end of its own drive, one third of a mile long. The Bothy is situated in the grounds, out of sight of the hall.

The pleasant accommodation consists of a lounge with its splendid views over the valley, dining/kitchen area, double bedroom. Heating is by slim line electric storage radiators and a wall fire.Hot water is provided by an electric immersion heater. There is garage parking for one vehicle. Shops, Post Office and pubs are within two miles.
